character, all backboned by the Black River. Visitors can get a birds-eye view of the cascading Comtu Falls, a spectacular
sight in any season. Springfield is also just a quick trip across the river, about 10 minutes, to Claremont and Charlestown, New Hampshire.
We are located 25 minutes from some of the best skiing in the East at Okemo Mountain,
which features extensive and diverse trails, vertical drops, terrain parks and family programs. Guests are just 35 minutes from
Bromley Mountain, a year-round family fun spot that's home to both some of Southern
Vermont's best skiing and the incomparable Sun Mountain Adventure Park.
Summertime at Bromley means sliding: whether it's down their famed Alpine Slide (one of the longest in the world), water slide ride "The Splash"
or zip line. There's fun for all ages in all seasons in Southern Vermont!
