Farm Dinner in Weathersfield, Vermont
Join us for our annual celebration of local farms. This once a year event is the party of the season! This year we will be honoring Smokeshire Farm, Wood Cider Mill and our newest partner Deep Meadow Farm. The Vermont Challenge
The Vermont Challenge LLC, in conjunction with Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing (VDTM) and the Chambers of Commerce of Manchester and the Mountains, Okemo/Ludlow and Killington, presents The Vermont Challenge.
We offer 3 ride choices from which to choose: The 4-day Grand Challenge; The 3-day Weekend Challenge; or the 1-day Legendary “Gap” Century. The people of Vermont welcome you to tour Vermont’s beautiful landscape, replete with rolling farmlands, bucolic villages, and quiet country roads. The Vermont Challenge will be a friendly experience drawing on the qualities of the people of Vermont. The Ride incorporates three major VT ski resorts (Okemo Mountain, Killington Mountain, and Stratton Mountain) and a signature town as our key hosts for meals and lodging.
The Vermont Challenge is the only bicycle Challenge that tours Southern and Central Vermont over 3 or 4 days and draws upon the creative energy of local businesses and people of Vermont, key ski resorts, restaurants and farms in each local community that we visit. We offer the bicyclist the chance to complete a century over one of Vermont’s legendary “Gaps” across the spine of the Green Mountains with stunning vistas in each direction. The Vermont Challenge will become a major bicycling event in the United States and YOU can be part of this special event in its first year and be the proud owner of our commemorative first year jersey!

Hot Dog Cook Off in Chester, Vermont
A tasting event – think of a chili cook off type – where you will get to sample a wide array of hot dogs cooked or served in different ways with different toppings. 26th Annual Quilt Exhibition in Woodstock, VT
