The Vermont Arts Council is collaborating with Vermont visionary Lyman Orton to produce this event in which the exhibit portrays issues identified as essential to Vermont’s future. This groundbreaking art project is traveling the state in two concurrent exhibitions.

There will be 300 applicants, 10 artists were awarded commissions, 27 “traditional” and “non-traditional” venues in 23 communities, including Windsor, will showcase this collection.

The Art of Action:Shaping Vermont’s Future through Art will be held from October 1st through October 15th, 2009 at the Waypoint Center in Windsor, Vermont.
