Billings Farm & Museum is a gateway to Vermont’s rural heritage and they have announced this year’s program designed for children and adults.
The program consists on discovering how to use heirloom garden vegetables in historic recipes prepared in the 1890 Farm House kitchen.
Foodways Fridays will be offered each Friday this summer and fall, from July 16 through October 15, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will feature recipes during the late 19th century.
